Kapasitiiviset siirtymäanturit lyhyesti

capaNCDT

Micro-Epsilonilta on saatavissa kapasitiivisia siirtymäantureita eri rakenteisina ja eri versioina. Anturit on erotettavissa mittausalueensa, rakenteensa ja valmistustekniikkansa mukaan. Kapasitiivisia antureita on saatavissa sylinterimuotoisena (integroidulla kaapelilla tai liittimellä) tai litteänä mallina (integroidulla kaapelilla). Anturin vaihto voidaan suorittaa ilman kalibrointia ja lyhyessä ajassa. Useimpia antureita voidaan käyttää puhdastiloissa ja erittäin korkeassa alipaineessa.
